Shipping Policy

 

1- Defective products:
If the products you purchased do not work well or do not work at all due to a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 30 days.
We will arrange for the defective product to be returned to us for inspection within 14 working days at the brand agent’s service center.
Defects that are obvious and noticed by our employees in the branches will be excluded.
If the result of our examination shows that the product is defective or malfunctioning, we are entitled, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, to replace the product within 30 days or return it if desired within 14 days.
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you and we will be entitled to charge you the relevant shipping costs. Or you can also go to the agent service center.
*Please note that the following issues will not constitute “manufacturing defects” and will not entitle you to any repair or replacement.

2- Non-defective products:
You have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep it or not.
Provided that the products are not opened, that the packaging is in its original condition, and that the sealing adhesive is not removed.
All accessories and any attached promotional items must also be returned.

3- Mobile phone specific conditions:
You must ensure that the screen is safe and that there is no external damage to it inside the branch or once the shipment is received online.
